Khari,

We start with 20 minutes of tea and conversation, followed by 20 minutes of stretching (yoga-like) then 20 minutes of Taoist standing meditation and/or chi kung (simple or complex) followed by form work for the rest of the class.

Of course we teach application. If you don't know how to use it, how can you do it correctly and with feeling?
