Hi,

I'm wondering what the rules are for the CPL form division at the tournament. I read on the Guoshu Federation's site that competitors are allowed 3 minutes to demonstrate their forms. Are there any additional guidelines/requirements regarding which part of the form should be performed, or is that up to the competitor to decide?

Thanks
