showing here. Anyway, I'll try one more time. I wrote about how I think it's important to have a little time to yourself; even though you have a big responsibility for the "little man".. When I was 18 I had two kids, no husband (he took off to Canada by then), no child support. I had NO alimony and NO Welfare (didn't want it)....I spent all my waking hours for my kids and neglected my personal welfare. Anyway many years later I had cancer.....I think it was directly related to the heartache and sorrow I suffered alone; not wanting my children to know what I was going through. I decided they would have anything they needed, most of what they wanted and have at least or more than any of the kids they went to school with. I sacrificed a lot. My kids didn't know we were "poor"....They never saw me cry (I cried into my pillow at night) and they never realized that we were doing without. On Christmas we would go out AFTER dark and get a tree for free. The guys who were packing it in after the season would always say "you can have it-Merry Christmas!) My kids thought that was a big deal and thought you were supposed to put the tree up late Christmas Eve night for Santa. Anyway, long story short.....take care of some of your own needs Vontoria, it's very important for your health honey....Good luck with the "little man" and know that others care. Love Ya, Rita
