3% is too much? He participates in more than 3% (that would be perhaps 2 minutes of one game). I don't mind him being in multiple games, it is his show after all.

No, he isn't as good as the others and I doubt he would claim to be. And it stands out more when he is working with others who have been doing it for many years. That would be true with any profession/game.
