Subject: DCS connected item

I just caught the story about an actor who was shot by his father. The actor, Keith Diamond, had a reoccuring role on DCS as Drew's neighbor, Greg. According to the story, he went back home to NY to visit his sick mother. While eating lunch in the kitchen, his father shot him. Keith is currently in stable condition. His father is under arrest. Makes one wonder what could ever possess a father to shoot his son. It's beyond my comprehension.
