In TV Guide's Cheers and Jeers section (week of July 25-31) is a Jeer for the cancellation of Wayne's talk show.

"Jeers to the fickle fates of television and the demise of the likable Wayne Brady Show. The syndicated hour of comedy, music and chat should have been a big, fat hit with daytime viewers for its relentlessly positive tone, bouncy pace and multitalented host. Middling ratings doomed the show, but let the record show it was one fine effort."
