Picking favorite moments from WL will require some more thought, so I'll list my DCS moments in this post and get back to you on the WL ones.

In no particular order:

--- Almost all of the dance sequences with Five O'Clock World probably at the top of my list.

--- Being a Babylon 5 fan, any time Lewis' B5 interest was mentioned however small (pulling down all the window shades while he watched it) or big (Lewis dressed as G'Kar).

--- the entire episode where Kate dates The Devil (Grant Show), especially the pool game at the end. (This might be my favorite episode of the series.)

--- the ending episode of that same season where Drew hosts a party that half of Cleveland comes to. I love all the cameo appearances in the party attendees. And not just the ones who are billed, guest stars from previous episodes were among them (including Grant Show).

--- the romance between Kate and Oswald. There were lots of things in that story arc I enjoyed. That's probably my favorite story arc.

Well, that's a start. I haven't watched DCS in while. If I did, I'd probably find another episode / moment that I couldn't believe I had forgotten to list. So consider this a Work in Progress. :-)
