Subject: Reminder: Save "Whose Line?" Campaigns

Greetings!

As you know, the Save "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" website has been working hard to bring the U.S. version of the show back to regular programming on ABC since July 2003. With easy & convenient phone, postcard, email, and letter campaigns, thousands of fans of WLiiA have been making their voices heard, bringing us closer to our goal. Still, ABC has yet to make a formal announcement on the show's future. Some people (including some cast members) are saying that the show is cancelled, but that is 100% incorrect. However, ABC has made it clear that they have no intentions of bringing it back. Therefore, support from THE FANS is what we need.

At this point, we know there are at least 22 unaired episodes in the can - enough for a full sixth season. While the final season of "The Drew Carey Show" has a spot on ABC's summer lineup, they have yet to make a final decision on WLiiA. They clearly don't think viewers are interested in the show anymore. However, it is proven that when given a consistent time slot & a little promotion, fans of WLiiA will tune in. For example, ABC Family has been airing reruns of the show for a couple of years at 10 & 10:30pm EST on weeknights. These episodes are almost always a ratings success. It's no wonder why WLiiA's numbers weren't as impressive as usual last season on ABC. During that one year of new episodes, the show had a total of five time slots and was preempted numerous times! This made it very hard for anyone to know when it would actually be on.

Bottom line: WLiiA has a large fanbase that is dedicated to supporting the show. When given a fair chance, it will exceed ABC's expectations. As far as the Save "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" site & campaigns... We will not give up until ABC puts WLiiA back in a stable time slot with the proper promotion that it deserves.

Our new goal is to make enough noise over the next three or four months to get ABC to put WLiiA on their summer schedule. This would be similar to what they did last year, which worked out well. We have been making progress, so don't think that our efforts are being wasted.

Please take a few moments to save the world's funniest TV show by participating in one or more of our campaigns. You can easily send an email, postcard, and/or letter to ABC, but our most effective method is to call them at (818) 460-7477 to tell them how much you miss the show. Every little bit will help, so I ask that you tell your friends, family, co-workers, and any other fans of the show about the danger that WLiiA is in & how we plan to save it.

Even Greg Proops has acknowledged & encouraged our efforts, posting a message on his official site... "I love that you guys are trying to keep the Whose Line light alive. The powers that be will listen to you and your plea. I listen to you always."
