I know more thank you think you know. You give no examples or reason, you just say "He's a shitty player". Clearly you've never played hockey. Ice time is not earned by how much you whine or beg or cry to the coaches, it goes by how you preform. I don't think Hotham is off of his game, I think he is, in fact, playing his best hockey of the year right now, and has been since December. How is he off his game when he scored two goals last Sunday against Oshawa and has factored in on the score sheet in nearly every game for the last month? As for Shine, he fights, he's tough. But he's also only an 88. Give him time to come into his own and to earn more ice time, and you'll see that he is the future physical presence of the Barrie Colts. As for Bolf, if you watched the game at all you'd see how he contributes. To say "he's a shitty player" is an untrue statement with no merit. And for the record, he played very well at the WJC and earned his medal. Michael Root is not just a slow skater, he's a horrendous skater. He also doesn't play with ihs head. He makes stupid decisions, ie. jumping Kaspar and hurting his hand. And he doesn't fight, not that that is how you measure a good defenceman. I agree this team may lack some toughness, but Michael Root is not the answer to that. At one time maybe someone thought he was OHL material. They were wrong. Don't try to talk down to me, because you can't even back up the things you say.
