I have just started studying about realestate, I would like to learn more about it in our area?The first question I have would be are people more in need of a home,in this area, or is it real easy to come by?I see a lot of empty building's as for homes the only one's I see vacant often are the one's that look like there condemed or a fixerupper?please if anyone has any proffesional imput,about the history of realestate in our area,and when it may go up and down,what reason's why I would be glad to hear from you.
