As our department prides itself in its students passing every year into various corporate houses,software firms and institutions of higer education,celebrating this event we are on a drive to acknowledge these efforts ,be it workshops,conferences,seminars,guest lectures,symposiums,entrepenuership orcareer camps,and a wide array of otehr extra and co curricular activities. Although leading companies are no stranger to our college in the recruiting scene,this time we approach them with a different context,to sponcer their award and farewell proceedings. This will involve expenditure of Rs.40,000/- and will give you the exclusive rights of advertisements, display of banners at the venue, and putting your logo on the momentos,souvenir cd,etc as listed below. 2. SPONSORSHIP OF INDIVIDUAL ITEMS: Awards ....................Rs.5,000/- Momentos....................Rs.5,000/- Sound,Video setup...........Rs.5,000/- Hall and Food payment.......Rs.15,000/- CD Release..................Rs.5,000/- Laser Projector Rent and Hospitality.................Rs.5,000/- 3. DISPLAY BANNERS:..............................Rs.10,000/- This includes a free full page advertisement in the all pages of the souvenir CD. 4. ADVERTISMENTS IN THE MOMENTO: Engraved....................Rs.3,500/- 5.
