Welcome!

I am hoping this idea will work for those of us who wish to participate in the Arizona Atheist Meetup.

Each time I go to meetup.com and enter the Arizona Atheist sections of the website I realize there is never enough room to write my messages. I have questions that I would love to ask those who have been with the Arizona Atheist's Meetup such as how everything works and I would love to have a place to exchange thoughts and ideas. There just isn't enough room at meetup.com.

That is why I started this forum. It is free for all of us, I am not advertising this address anywhere except for meetup.com so we *should* have some amount of privacy, if nothing else it should keep any 'troll' problem at a minimum.

My goal here is not to replace meetup.com, that is not my intent at all. My *only* intent in starting this message board is to have a place where more than 3-4 posts show up and perhaps we can get to know one another a little better.

I have attempted to attend the last couple of meetups but due to my work schedule (I work for a hospital in Scottsdale) and my "on call" time I have been unable to attend the previous two meetups. I am thrilled to have finally found atheist peers in the Phoenix area. I am looking forward to meeting everyone in real time.

Please feel free to start a topic and discuss anything you wish. Invite any person you want, and exchange as much information as you are comfortable sharing.
