Oh dear, I didn't see it that way! I figured the owner let a dear neighbor take care of the precious thing while he went on vacation, and then when he got back, he would love it once more. (cries) Oh, that is so awful! I don't understand how the owner can do such a thing and leave the poor pup alone without food and water to give it. How sad! I am so sorry that I missed that, Jan! Oh, I hope the dear thing is okay!
