Subject: So Let's Cheer For The Perfect Man



Some say there is no perfect man in all the world,
then others say, there was a perfect man in all the world.
Some people tell us, he must possess your every trust,
that love and kindness is certainly a must.

They say he is willing to listen to your needs,
ready to submit to you, the fruit of his love in seeds.
To care for them and toil for you, with all his true devotion.
Asking you this one question. "Where'd they get that sort of notion?"

God gave man a simple plan, to guide his every step a head,
but no man could live in the ten, and settled on a few instead.
Worship Him and him alone,
Love the Lord with all your heart,
Seek His kingdom which is your home,
Love one another from the start.

They say that man, must reach prosperity and success,
no matter or not, to the world, if he only does his best.
He must seek wealth with all his mind and soul,
they say he doesn't need a God, or that sort of goal.

He must lend a caring and attentive ear to his wife's opinions too,
and offer humble and respectful debate, and nothing else will do.
He will never mistreat a fellow man, nor place anyone under his feet,
never violent to anyone, nor the same would he ever cheat.

They say that the perfect man will make use of quality time,
to ignor his wife and his children, would surely be a crime.
He will be true to his marriage vows, and never desire another,
but of course there are exceptions, if the women is his mother.

So, in essence, I guess that should mean something really great,
above the call, maybe even above it all, maybe even ones fate.
But, it is not the way it is or exactly how I see it at all.
Not one perfect man in all the world, until Jesus got the call.

This one perfect man came with an offer of true devotion,
no one heard a single word, because no one could see the notion.
They said that no one can be that way, and put him into chains,
then chased down His followers and began to mess with their brains.

He wasn't that perfect of a man, like He said.
He wasn't that great, to do away with all hate,
and raise those who are dead.
He could not have authority, or devinity, nor the power to forgive,
He had no right to claim it, nor defain it, and had no right to live.

You know the whole story, about the sacrafice and glory, I submit,
look for the man, who already walked the land, written is all of it.
The word is quite clear, as to who and what he was here,
crucified in he name of love for all, so let's cheer.
