Depression is a part of the ego that oftentimes needs to come out, when things are getting to be too much. It's a time, when the body and the mind need the res so they go away and allow one just to be. We all have within us the seed of different parts of personanlity.They all comeout when the opportunity arises.In meditation you are able to watch that part of you which youcall depression, that woman who you feel, rips you apart, and as you watch with no judgement, after a while, you are able to dissolve her fom your being. Resistance is futile. Accept her and accept the moment and watch, that is a way to deal with it.
