With a quill as swift and soft as the velvet comet brushing against the night sky
A valiant man soars from behind the heavens on his graceful flying horse
Holding forth a spear of light warmed by his hands, emitting with such pure love
His face presents a warm smile, as he sits back in his hearts golden armor taking life’s course

His eyes twinkle like crystalline white dwarf stars, the queen of spaces prized jewels
Writing of all of life’s wisdom, from the bottom of his heart to the inner-most of his mind
Teaching us all so much, writing both of his love and the issues and sorrows of today’s people
Hopping aboard with him, holding on with him, seeing all his heart feels inside

Riding a graceful winged sterling, milky white with a glittery mane
A rainbow horn worn proudly upon it’s forehead, and sea blue wings happily waving
This loving person can be seen coasting through his exciting fantasy and out upon reality’s horizon
We all stand waving our hands high in the air, honoring you for your love and blessings

Speaking such soft words that touch our hearts with silken faith sunshine
Speaking such powerful words that echo in the thunder of trust, possessing loves helm
Gallant as can be, standing tall brave and strong
His love for all that’s dear and meaningful shines through reality’s realm

Even as he sets his pen down on his desk, he smiles as he looks out upon the peaceful plains
Looking out into the grassland, smiling, feeling serenity surround him
Sighing softly as he watches birds fly overhead, wings flapping like that dream chariot he steers
Letting Nature’s power fill him with inspiration, clearing his head with peaceful visions

He is our loving friend David, glowing with a pure heart overflowing with love, blinking like a star
Riding his Pegasus that takes him through both fantasy and reality’s majesties
Always here to light the evening skies, dropping by in the daytime to cheer us up and keep us company
You have touched my heart dearly, I wish you the greatest love and peace…
