The Creature
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I saw him again late last night
The creature of my constant dream
Physically sickened by his sight
I'd awaken with a high-pitched scream

Like red hot coals, his eyes entrance
As slime drips from his crusted nares
Beside my bed, he bears his stance
While stroking festered facial hairs

Savage grunts and blackened teeth
Phallic fingers moist and wet
Rusty knife in a leather sheath
Body covered in pus-like sweat

In my dream, he never moves
Just stares at me intently
Standing still on two hind hooves
Touching my face, ever so gently

One night the creature will attack
I have a fear not easily forgot
But is the fear that he will
Or is the fear that he will not
