The rider and dragon had been out for a brief time, just two days. Srina just had to be there when her first nephew was born to her brother and sister-in-law, why would she miss it?

They glid through the bowl to the opposite wall of entry before landing as lightly as possible upon the large ledge that opened into the goldrider dran.

Srina dismounted and hung up the harness and her jacket before heading out the door. The last meal she'd had was this morning and it was now late afternoon. Why she didn't just jump to the Dran? It'd been some time since she'd been able to admire the view below and Haniel had a fun time showing off to the people they flew over.
