Kim, I know what you mean about the limitations. Sometimes I think if I have to eat another salad I will have to just kill something. haha. I keep celery and peanut butter handy and if I feel like I probably should eat something, I pull that out. Sometimes it will be 1 or 2 in the afternoon before I realize that I haven't eatten a thing all day.

Stick with Curves. I am so please with this program. Like you, I enjoy going because it is all women and they are all shapes and sizes. No one judges because we are all there for the same reason. I joined at the end of Jan. and I intend to renew my membership next year. After awhile, your body will tell you when you haven't been for a few days. My mom has terminal cancer and my hubbies grandpa was in hospital over 100 miles away and between the two, I was so stressed that I missed almost two weeks of exercising. My body was screaming for it. I noticed that I was more tired and some of my food cravings were back. When I got back in the swing, everything seemed to even out again.

Have you read the book that Curves has? I have been using it and Atkins and find that their book has actually been more helpful at times. If I might ask, what state are you in? I am in Missouri. Just wondering about where your Curves is. And being on an excercise program, don't be upset if you feel like you feel like you haven't lost anything. Check the inches and pounds. Remember that with this type of exercise, it will build muscle. Good luck, keep up the good work.
