In reply to: Kel 's message, "Hey Jaytee, I don't know about you, but I when I was on Atkins induction, I was a Parking Enforcement Officer and doing 19 deep knee bends to chalk 19 tires in a row would KILL my quads. I took all the same minerals I take now, but I no longer have muscle fatigue. I'm convinced it's my modified diet & weight conditioning exercising that's helping; if you find that you are still experiencing problems with strength, you may wish to try it. Let me know ok?" on 04:56:25 08/12/02 Mon

The deep knee bends sound brutal. I have it easier. I drive a right-hand drive and just hang the arm out the window and away I go. Back when I was a rookie (and before the right-hand drive)I did chalk on foot, but even then I didn't have to curtsey each time. I use a long aluminum stick. You mentioned the beach. East or west coast? I'm in L.A.
