Thank you Kim... I am very lite into ketosis, I eat for breakfast scramble eggs usually 3 with eith mushrooms or ham. And then for lunch possibly 3 more eggs or a salad. for dinner usually meat,or a low carb dinner. usually mas 5 to 10 carbs. I am staying under 20 to 25 carbs aday. What am I doing wrong.??? I try to substitute if I have a coffee with half and half. sugar free. let me know what you all think. Thanks lisa
