Sure it sounds harsh, but I see the same thing on so many boards. Someone hears about a new diet, and rather than doing a little research on thier own to learn about it they jsut post a message on the first message board that they find and expect someone to give them an entire detailed diet plan.


Do your own research, read a book, try some things... then if you have problems start asking for help.

None of us are paid nutritionists so why should we spend all day providing you with all the information you could easily get from a book.

Also it is very hard to make recommendations without extensive information. Person A posts a message asking what to eat. I reply: PORK all day everyday. Well Person A forgot to mention that they are Jewish. Well that was a waste of time for both of us then.



Sorry for the rant but it does get frustrating to have to keep replying to the same questions with the same answers all the time. Q What can I eat? A. Read a book.
