Subject: Protein, fiber and calories
In reply to: Kel 's message, "My doctor is a local doctor here, who has come up with this diet & I have had a good amount of success with it. If you get the book, "Food Counts" by Corrine Netzer, it lists all foods with their carbs, protein grams, fiber, fat, sodium, and calories.
