Subject: You need to drink more water, take some potassium, calcium, magnesium and possibly plain old salt. One thing the body loses a lot of is potassium. You can get "too much" potassium, so some advocate buying salt substitute (which is actually potassium) and sprinkling it on your food, that way you aren't likely to eat too much. If none of these things help, you can try upping your carb level a bit. If that doesn't stop it, then I agree with Katie, don't mess around.
