I now follow a plan that is kind of a combination of Schwarzbien Principle and Protein Power, but not everything is as natural as Dr. Schwarzbien recommends & I don't pay much attention to the technicalities of Protein Power. I have no more than 40-50g carbs per day, and about 120g protein. I happily lose 1-2lbs each & every week. I no longer have fatigue and irritability like I used to either. Good luck! In reply to:
