Is it really necessary to go through induction? I guess what I mean is, if I immediately reduce my carb intake to around 30-35 a day, won't I experience weight loss, even though it might be a little slower? Every time I've started Atkins, I've never stuck with induction long enough to get past the "tired" part before I just give up because of feeling crummy. So, could I just skip the induction completely? Thanks for your feedback...
