Subject: Noticing an old problem is disappearing with LDN use. I'm no longer near as short of breath...

like I used to be. Just blow drying my hair would make me short of breath. Everything I did made me short of breath. I now know that all of my past swimming pool therapy was really keeping me in shape. For many years I thought I wasn't in physical shape because I was always short of breath and I've NEVER smoked. I lightly jogged in the house for 6 to 7 minutes yesterday and I was not short of breath. Shortness of breath is a MS symptom and the LDN is helping this symptom.

I used to do exercises in the pool 5 days a week for at least 3 hours each day I went. Pool exercising was the only way I could exercise. Now with LDN I can walk & jog slightly. The jogging makes my ankles very sore. I've had major injury to my ankles in my past softball, basketball & skateboarding days.
