Hi Brenda.. I want to post this where people in western Canada can see this as we now have a reputable compounding pharmacy that is completely up to speed on L.D.N.It's called The Dispensary and its close to my home in Red Deer Alberta. I watched as Joe Tabler the pharmacist readied my order, And since I questioned about what kind of filler is not going to cause cramps or other side affects,he recommended and filled mine with acidophilus which has stopped the arm cramps on the first day. He also made the capsules into 1.5 mg. units to allow me to acurately adjust the dose to what works best for me. At the moment I will stay with 3mgs. as the best things are happening to my friend and I daily.
