advertisements are at the top and generally small and out of our way. I'm already paying for my family's private discussion forum on ezboards. I would love to move this forum to ezboards but someone tried that with their LDN forum and people were not visiting because unless you are a registered member of that forum one cannot get the benefits that registered members get. Like the smiley faces that show that a new post has been made in a certain topic, the "mark all forums read" gets rid of the smiley faces so you know when you return to the forum later and see a smiley face that there's been a new post made. The way I see if new posts have been made here is to scan through and look at the dates of the posts. That's why I have the date posted on the top of this forum to help one remember what the date of the day is.

I visit 3 other Voy forums besides this one. If I could find a board similar to ezboards where the advertisements weren't sprawled all over the place that would benefit both non-registered & registered members, I'd switch. Voy so far has kept their ads clean. I haven't bumped into any porno or near porno here.
