As it's name implies, the long lake that occupies most of this land is ominous, deep, undisturbed. A creature is said to live within it's depths, yet never has it been seen by mortal. The waters themselves are sharp, clear and cold the river of it's source originating in the storm ridden peaks nearby. An island, sweet vegitation hanging tauntingly into the water, sits in the center, though it is unknown how it supports iself in the bottomless waters. A meadow surrounds most of the lake, though a substantial wooded portion guards one end..
