I've kept quite a few Guineas for several years and haven't had any stray. You have to imprint them on the coop like you would other poultry. While young, I kept mine penned inside the coop in the barn for several weeks prior to letting them loose. They always return to the coop to roost now. They come and go throughout the day and sometimes range widely. They're never gone for long though. I was told by quite a few people that it was impossible to train them to roost in the coop at night. I'm happy to say, it just isn't so. Best of luck! -Kevin
