He noticed the questioning tone in her voice, although he thought a second before he answered. The whole truth was too long tell and he doubted she was interesting in hearing about most of it. "Why did I leave Miami, in a nutshell, it was just time for a change you know? Time for the bird to fly the coop..." He said a small glint in his eyes as he thought about all the things he left behind.
