Subject: he filled the doorway with an ominous presence, he wasn't pleased with her at all. Aside from changing the plans, which he was still quite bitter over, she wasn't taking care of the baby, which was not part of the arrangement.   • She didn't even really notice it was him, just flashed a quick smile and spoke. "The hostess will be with you in one minute." She stated as she rushed - well waddled was more like it - to the counter. She was still taking care of herself and the baby as best as she could, she was taking her vitamins, eating when she could, getting exercise...it was just harder then she had expected to do everything on her own.
