for:
(a) you just graph it, so....from -2Pi to 0, you would have the sin x graph, and from 0 to 2Pi you would have the cos x graph.

(b) it's basically asking you at what points in the graph you just produce will the limit exist (both left and right). In this case, you take away the endpoints, because only a one-sided limit exist for endpoints. And you can take away c=0 because the left limit does not equal the right limit.
So you should have the interval (-2Pi,0)U(0,2Pi) as your answer because any points in that interval will have a limit.

(c) this part is asking you, which point on your graph only has a left handed limit (which means coming from the left and goes to the right). In this case, only c=2Pi.

(d) this part is the opposite of part (c), which point will only have a right handed limit (coming from the right and goes to the left). In this case only c=-2Pi
