Character: Edge (Final Fantasy IV)

Weapon: Twin Katanas (Masamune and Murasam�)

Story:
Prince of Eblan who doesn't care for his position. He left his home and set out to defeat the High Fire Elemental Rubicant. Upon finding him, he was defeated and left for dead. The party of characters (Cecil, Kain, Rosa and Rydia) came upon him immediately after his defeat at the hands of Rubicant. They restored his health and allowed him to join with them in search the Crystals. Of course, Edge was really searching for Rubicant and his parent's captured souls. He finally encountered Rubicant again, this time defeating him with the help of the party, and setting his parent's souls to rest. After the battle with Zemus, Edge retired back to his kingdom, returning it to it's former glory, but it was all for naught. For Edge still did not have what he most desired. The heart of his loved one, Rydia.

Description: Edge is a real smartass, and a cocky one at that. He believes himself to be above all, and acts it. His position as Price of Eblan, however, is one he almost despises, and would give it away if he could.
