I said that you don't have to pay to access the TV station's Web site. I didn't say anything about your not having to pay for cable TV. You are not having to pay anything in addition to the cable-TV bill and your Internet-provider bill. But suppose the TV station started charging you to access its Web site? That is the equivalent of what the PG is doing with its "premium" content.
