Yes, getting the delivery person to put the papers in the paper tube. The PG and Trib are delivered by the same person.
I've complained to both papers. I was told that he replied that my car blocked his access to it. My car is parked about 25 feet from it. He then said it would have to back his car up. One time, about 10 feet. Besides, I don't tip at Xmas.
I did give good tips. To the boy. The one who put the paper in the tube EVERY morning. The one who the papers got rid of.
