Boy, that photo explains a lot.

Did her Ivy League degree get her hired? Is she a pal of a Block or Shribman's family? Or did they hire her, thinking she had youth appeal," like they did Cat Specter? They probably blew off more qualified folks without Ivy League credentials, snobby elitists that the PG hierarchy really are. As major dailies everywhere cut and slash features sections, the PG keeps hiring and replacing superfluous features "talent" they'd be better off without. And this as Block Communications loses millions on their newspapers! Scaife's losing millions too, but somebody is in bigtime denial on the Boulevard.

Hiring people like Millman, John Robbie must still think he's fast tracking to be the next Sulzberger. He's not even smart enough to be a Veggieburger!
