Starting June 23, The Times will be printed by the New Castle News. Therefor, there will be no need for press men, plate making, and most distribution.

This is not a new trend for the industry. The Sharon Paper is also sharing the press that New Castle and the Times will be using.

Now, the us of the New Castle (High Tech) press will save both the need for a production work force, but save on cost of newsprint. Ergo, the #1 and #2 cost to a publication.
