In reply to: ReasonableQuestion 's message, "Critics' credentials" on 05:24:03 06/14/09 Sun

Honestly, this response has to have come from someone on the inside. Anyone who's called in a correction to the Trib's editors, a correction beyond debating, and has been dealt with by some unprofessional, smart-mouthed creep on the other end of the phone or simply hung up on, can sense the similarity in tone with "ReasonableQuestion."

A new hire who thought they were on top of the world with their "prestigious" gig was told by someone at the local government facility they covered what a joke the Trib was and what an odd duck Scaife was. Her response "Well, he has to have something going if he made all these millions publishing the Trib!"

The young woman was not kidding.

Neither is Heyl. More's the pity...

And the credentials of Mr. Heyl's critics, please.
