I would say that Scaife's antics are super duper bizarre and would be difficult to understate. Like the time during their continuing divorce battle, Scaife had his wife's dog, Beauregard, stolen out of the her back yard and then erected a sign in his front yard a block away that read "Welcome home, Beauregard", to taunt her. Or the time he had a reporter looking for Russian soldiers in the Allegheny National Forest. Should I go on. I can, endlessly!
