I was surprised Mackey left the hockey beat to cover the Steelers. Seems as though he either missed covering the Pens or looked at the PG as a better opportunity.

The Steelers should be the prime position on this website and this is the second change in since last season. The mid-season change was not a good look last year and having an opening immediately before training camp, again, is not a good look. I hope a talented writer takes advantage of this opportunity.
