I've looked at all three regular enough to see local coverage is peculiar to each, albeit shallow. Most features, sports, etc. are common to all three. I'm surprised, Jiminy, you aren't aware of such basic "detail."

PghLIVE is more PghLITE. Hopefully Borden can turn around Greensburg, long ridiculed as the "Sue [McFarland] Review" and Fraser can do likewise at the VND. The idea this can bring them back to financial stability is an altogether different matter. All three are diminished but still as inferior and mediocrity-driven as when Scaife ran the shop, only they now have a downsized staff and less money behind them.

It remains to be seen if Valley and Greensburg customers will gladly shell out for subscriptions and retail copies that Monday-Saturday consist of than two tiny sections. Like I said, I don't read all three every day. Too much junk journalism can be hazardous to one's health.
