Well, they aren't following Journalism 101 at the P-G because the main beat guys (Bouchette, Kovacevic and Molinari) get an awful lot of their opinions in the paper, especially in those Sunday notes columns. Kovacevic heaps on an extra dose of commentary with his online chats and Q & A's. If you think he's not shoveling up as much Pirates opinion as any of the columnists, you aren't reading the paper or website very closely.
