Date Posted: 06:32:52 09/14/03 Sun In reply to: krazee 's message, "Re: Congrats" on 00:15:12 09/14/03 Sun I can relate to a lot of what you say. All of my videos are learning exercises, and I know in each and every one of them there's some sort of error or two in them. However, they are just exercises so it would be soul destroying for me to keep going back over the same ground, so I leave them as is, and learn from my mistakes for the next time I do a similar job. This would be different of course if I were doing a proper film that would be made purely for public viewing. As for doing a bigger film, I'll say good luck to you. The only risk with you being very new to it, is that until you've ironed out all the things you see as problems, taking on a huge amount of rotoscoping might end up putting you off doing it. Think, 5 minutes at 30 fps is 9000 individual frames. Personally, I'm putting off doing a duel type film until I can make >60 second filims that I am really satisfied with. Wow, I'm an inspiration to someone :-) [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
