Subject: reunion last week in chs success

the reunion went great last weekend in canarsie. We met as planned right in canarsie high school at 1pm saturday . almost 70 percent of the class showed up from 1973 to 77. Even most teachers we could find came as well (we paid the hotels for those living far away). however many still teach in CHS. We had lunch in the cafeteria and even got scooter pies and those lil milk containers too. We talked took fotos looked at the yearbooks. Many had their old notebooks with notes still legible.We recalled those days of strikes , blizzards, vietnam, laugh in . We played the music from those days on the speaker system in the lunchroom.

After we walked down the street outside towards the train and thrntowards flatlands avenue. The old milkboy store is gone but the candy place remains and still sells the bazooka gum and sugar daddys too. we grabbed a slice over near the LL train. still great taste but 3bucks a slice. Finally we walked the halls of ol CHS with the then principal who is now retired in boca raton century village. We exchanged emails with friends teachers crushes etc. Next getogether will be in CHS again but maybe next summer.
This letter is fiction but how many of you would love this to be possible??
