I would say yes, that was Chip. I'm pretty skeptical about that sort of thing, but, like Nancy said, Chip knows Christina and I happen to know that he is very grateful for the work that she does. Plus, I think he actually knows her birthday already (the two of them share a birthday month). Chip's a total sweetheart, and even the writing style of the post sounded like him. I'd be quite surprised if it were an imposter.
