It's so simple. Pick your three favourite WL or WL related sites, forums, etc. (NOTE: votes for last year's winners will not be considered)
List them in order - your most favourite first, etc.

Email this list to webmistress@whosers.com with the subject line "whoser awards votes"
Voting will go on for three weeks. At the end of the three weeks, the sites you whosers have voted as your favourite top three overall sites will be awarded this year's WhoserAwards.
