Subject: Need Maintenance Manual for GSX-R750K1

I have a GSX-R750 K1 (2000 W ) and need to get hold of an owners manual or better still a service manual - Haynes dont do one for this bike yet and its gonna take a month to order one from Japan - help! Alternatively can anyone tell me how to adjust the headlamps they are pointing too near the front of the bike and I cant find any height adjustment??
