Subject: Starting problem

I have a 2005 gsxr 1000 and I just finished putting a new frame on it an it is all back together with gas an oil in it now when I go to start it I can here the fuel pump prime itself an the bike will only run off that an will shut off after or 3 second can anyone help me ?
